07-09 Property management in Idaho and California (including preparing for sale what was once the largest and most famous working ranch in North Idaho); resort services at the Pend d'Oreille Shores Resort in Hope, Idaho; and social work on California's Central Coast.

Worked with marketing partners and management to provide insights and strategic and tactical consultations to prospects concerning sophisticated high tech products and safety supplies. Also worked with other staff to provide coherent and seamless support for Capture's partners. Rendered extensive hands-on experience developing targets for direct mailings, and explained clearly and concisely in oral and written forms the meanings and values of offerings. Prepared bids for military and law enforcement personnel, safety agencies, school districts, and others. Prepared personal expense reports. Worked at trade shows and attended conferences such as Homeland Security. Assisted in the creation and preparation of marketing collateral. Produced mass mailings

3/03-3/04 Sales, DCM (largest fundraising concern for the arts in the nation), Brooklyn, NY. Sub-contracted by The American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, in Sales, also promoted the customer's voice and concerns within the organization, and effectively communicated actionable solutions. Minimum wage plus commissions, additional benefits included: acting and music classes; performances; cast parties; opening night galas; closing receptions; "meet and greets" with casts, crews, faculty and staff; lectures, attendance privileges of performances at other Bay Area venues.

~ Also during this time, Personal Assistant to Urs Leonhardt Steiner, Founder and Conductor of The San Francisco Sinfonietta, Conductor of The San Francisco Community Music Center Orchestra and Chorus, and Conductor of The Adda Clevenger Youth Choir. Interfaced with orchestra personnel, supporters; provided administrative support; arranged a performance tour of Switzerland. Performed with Urs for years as a featured singer in Beethoven's Ninth Symphony with The San Francisco Community Music Center Orchestra and Chorus, and also produced cast parties and recordings.


* Executive Secretary to L. Manning Muntzing, Senior Partner in Doub, Muntzing, and Glasgow, Chartered Attorneys-at-Law, an international administrative law firm specializing in nuclear energy in Washington, D.C.. Made global travel/meeting/lodging/dining arrangements; produced mass mailings, screened calls and visitors, took dictation, transcribed, composed correspondence, created expense reports, press releases. Interfaced with public and private utilities, scientific societies, academia, law firms, politicians, the military, embassies, government agencies, members of the Press. Was responsible for all the nuclear files from The Carter Administration. Edited articles for print in the alumni association publications of Harvard, Princeton, and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Edited submissions for Martindale Hubbell and other legal publications. Mr. Muntzing also served as Chairman of the Republican National Committee, Chairman of CSSP (a scientific society representing more than 800,000 scientists in this country alone), was a past President of the American Nuclear Society serving on many sub-committees, and he was involved in more obligations, all of which made this position particularly busy.

 * Banker, five years, The Bank of California, N.A. (San Francisco Main Office) Originally a Teller, then promoted to various departments in the Bank: Customer Service, Cash Vault, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, Credit Card Security, Receptionist to the President, Trust Audit, a special computer conversion project in the Investment Division. Final position at the Bank was Executive Secretary to the Senior Executive Vice President of the Trust and International Divisions.

* Medical Receptionist in hospital cardiology, Oakland, California

* Medical Secretary in a private internal medicine practice, Bethesda, Maryland. Patient chart maintenance, insurance billing, scheduling, customer service, prescription authorization, phones, general office. Interfaced with patients, medical personnel, couriers, pharmacies.

* Sole Computer Room Operator entirely responsible for the final edit in all that was produced by this full service ad agency in print media, radio, and television. Also managed the database of the internally-owned list company; prepared boards for camera-ready copy.

* Volunteer with The San Francisco Concerto Orchestra Competitions. Hosted pianists from around the world in my San Francisco home. Drove them to and from the airport, sightseeing, competitions, rehearsals, recording sessions, receptions, and provided in-home meals. Also served as Stage Manager at the Dean Lesher Center for the Performing Arts in Walnut Creek, and for the Youth Division Finals at the San Francisco War Memorial Opera House.

* Docent of the San Francisco Symphony three years through The Spinsters of San Francisco. Hostess in hospitality at major fundraisers seeing to needs of featured performers: Boz Scaggs, Robin Williams, The Tubes, Jefferson Starship, Pablo Cruise, Journey, more. Conducted tours of The Louise M. Davies Symphony Hall for members of the general public as well as for specialized private tour groups, such as on the occasion of music historian conferences. After high school, while a Voice Performance major at the University of the Pacific’s Conservatory of Music in Stockton, CA, private voice studies continued with Dickson Titus, and then later with Ady Raven (Mills College, Oakland, CA); Ted Puffer (Director of the Nevada Opera); Ted Rowland (University of Nevada, Reno); Naunie Steele (University of Nevada, Reno); Elisabeth Parham (San Francisco Conservatory of Music); Roberta Wain-Becker, Juanita Newland-Ulloa and Ellen Glikbarg Shea (San Francisco Community Music Center); Kathryn Harvey (Dominican University, San Raphael, CA); and vocal coaching with Zoryia Persidsky (San Francisco Opera Staff, and Marcie Stapp (San Francisco Conservatory of Music).
